ClinOpsHub S.r.l. was founded in 2014 by Stefano Lagravinese. After several years of providing services to various clients in the field of Clinical Research, in 2019 it was registered as a Contract Research Organization (CRO) on the AIFA website, in accordance with the requirements defined by the Ministerial Decree of 15.11.2011 (CRO Decree).

 

ClinOpsHub S.r.l. provides support services to pharmaceutical companies, clinical trial sites, laboratories, and other CROs at both national and international levels, ensuring high quality standards thanks to a team of highly trained young professionals.

💼 Position Description:

 

The selected candidate will join the Training Department, with the aim of supporting the planning and management of the training programs offered by the company, contributing to business development, the creation of educational content, and the company’s scientific communication across various channels.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

​

• Collaborate with the Training Department to organize training courses (drafting the calendar, agenda, training programs, selecting platforms);

• Draft and update training materials (slides, manuals, informational documents);

• Contribute to the creation of informational and educational content (newsletters, articles, webinars, etc.);

• Manage inquiries from interested participants during the pre-registration phase;

• Handle communications with participants throughout the entire course or training program (information/support requests, registrations);

• Carry out lead generation activities to promote the training offer through digital tools and communication channels (social media, newsletters, targeted campaigns, calls, etc.);

• Monitor and analyze the results of promotional activities to optimize the effectiveness of the adopted strategies.​​
